Puppy Application
As a breeder, my goal is to place each of my puppies in their forever home. The process I use to evaluate potential homes begins with the following questionnaire. No two puppies or homes are exactly alike, therefore, between 6-8 weeks I will be performing a personality assessment and observing physical traits. I will compare that information with each questionnaire to match the appropriate puppy to each prospective owner’s lifestyle. Some of the questions may seem personal, however honesty is very important in helping me match you with the right puppy. There are no right or wrong answers. Each of these puppies is born into our family with love and we want to be sure they and their new owners find the perfect match!
